In February 2015 the Federal Council published the draft for a Federal Second Home Initiative and its implementation by the Federal and State Council is imminent. On this occasion, the Institute for Civil Law, Institute of Public Law and the Institute of Notary Law and Practice at the University of Bern hosted a symposium on Wednesday 21 May 2014.
