The foundations for a series of publications by the Institute of Notary Law and Practice was laid on occasion of the conference of 9 March 2005, and we intend to expand this series with regular publications. Please note that these publications are only available in German (and occasionally Italian). Brief introductions to these publications are provided in German on the German website.
